With a master's degree from the University of Arizona and experience working across diverse and complex environments, including defense and aerospace, higher education, and behavioral health, Lorraine brings a broad organizational perspective and a practical understanding of the leadership challenges organizations face. Her work focuses on helping leaders grow their capabilities, navigate organizational change, strengthen relationships, and create environments where people and organizations can perform at their best.
